Repairer Profile - M&G Body Shop Not Afraid of Challenges

Linda Weil, owner of M&G Body Shop in Cincinnati, Ohio, isn’t afraid of change or challenges. In fact, she embraces them. She considers it a key factor to her success as a female shop owner in a male-dominated industry.

“Initially, the biggest challenge was being a true female owner, not just a name-only owner, but an involved, hands-on owner in this industry,” said Weil, who bought her shop from its previous owner in 1999. “It’s gotten a lot easier now—it’s just taken 15 years to get respect. Sooner or later you’re going to wear them down and they realize you’re not going to go away and cry in a corner. And everything is fine,” Weil said with a good-natured laugh.

Supplier Tip - Customize Your Region Coverage To Find New Customers


PartsTrader provides you with the ability to uncover new customers and tap into a greater number of sales opportunities by customizing the Region Coverage setting in the your Company Profile.    Define your sales area by customizing your mileage radius, allowing you to expand your business' reach and increase your sales opportunities.

The Region Coverage setting is found within your Company Profile setting.  Add up to 25 different zip codes and radius settings can be assigned.  Download the guide and other supplier resources at the Printable Guide section of PartsTrader Help.

 

 

Refer a Collision Repair Shop.  Earn Bonus Points for Yours.

Tap into your network of repairer colleagues and earn Rewards for yourself in the process!

The collision repair industry is a tight knit community, but not everyone knows about PartsTrader and how it helps repairers gain better margins when suppliers compete for their business.  Here's your opportunity to provide a win-win for you and your peers.

  • Refer a collision repair shop to PartsTrader. 
  • If they activate a new PartsTrader account by December 31, 2015, your shop will be awarded 5,000 BONUS rewards points.
  • For every $10,000 the collision repair shop spends by December 31, 2015, you'll be awarded 5,000 BONUS rewards points.
  • If the referred shop spends $25,000 or more, you'll be awarded 25,000 BONUS points.

So if the collision repair shop you refer spends $30,000 by December 31, 2015, your shop will be awarded an additional 45,000 bonus points.  All for making a simple referral!  And that's in addition to the points your shop earns through your own Rewards-eligible purchases.
