This section is where any user can find guidance on how to update their personal settings and alerts

How do I personalize my alerts? Click My Alerts on the blue bar at the top and from there you can update which notifications and alerts you want to see and by which method. As mentioned below, you can set up a mobile number in your profile to receive text alerts for the notifications of your choice.

 

How do I change my password? Click the My Profile section and then Change Password. From there you just need to enter your old and new password. If you can’t access your account your user manager can reset your password, or you can click Forgot your password? on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password via your email address.

Key Things to Note

Why do I need to add my mobile phone number? The opportunity to add a mobile number is purely optional and is there to give you the opportunity to receive important updates or alerts on you cell phone. It can also be added so we can contact you easier than using your company phone.

I need access to a certain user role, how do I change my settings? Only your user manager can change these settings and change your access. See Managing my Users for how your user manager can update these roles.
